This is a true hidden gem. The food was amazing. Portions are large. My husband and I had the pictured dishes plus tea for $35 and left stuffed. The service can be a bit slow, but I think they have a very small staff. They are happy to explain all of the dishes to you and they have a couple of dishes I’ve not seen at other Nepali restaurants.
Momo house is spectacular. The momo dumplings are great plus a super main menu too. Vegetarian choices are great too. And price for what you get quality and volume is amazing. Did I mention they have a full bar.
Excellent food. This is a hidden gem in akron don't be fooled by it being in a strip mall. Curry is excellent. Fried rice is very good. But the momos are incredible. Servers are friendly and food comes out hit and fresh they bring each item as it finishes in the kitchen. With the sizes of entrees they are meant to family style or you can leftovers for later.
I've ordered from here A LOT. And visited twice. The food is delicious and comforting. I love the Momo, both the pork & chicken. I've never tried the vegetarian option, but I'm sure I will sometime. If you like food that's hot and filling this is the way to go. I like the soup & spicy sauce that comes with the Momo. It's the perfect blend of flavors. And look how pretty it is! I usually never feel compelled to photograph my food, but this was just too pretty not to take a picture of.
This place offers delicious food, a wide variety of options, and some spicy dishes. I highly recommend trying the spicy chilly momos and chowmines.
All the momos are good, and great prices. You will smell like food a little once you finish, so just be aware. Services were fast on a Saturday night. Not too busy. Overall a great Nepalis restaurant, would return.
Like others have said, this place is a gem. I’ve been here so many times and have ordered take out once, all never missing the mark. Incredible momos and I always get the vegetable spaghetti. Amazing!!! Always get food fast and seated as soon as we walk in. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Akron.
What an amazing place! Everything we ordered was delicious! I was with a party of six, we all got different dishes so we could share and try more than one item. I got the jhol chicken momos.
Food was really delicious.!!! 😋 Each item was authentic and tasty. Chilli momos is 💯 recommended, we ordered it twice and also have it parcel. We will visit it again.
Absolutely delicious!!! I would recommend anyone who loves Indian or Thai food. The service was amazing. We tried 7 different dishes. You need to get the potatoes & the chow mein those were my favorite 😍. I would love to have a party here!!
